Paws & Polish
Hi, I'd like to book a full groom for my Cockapoo.
Thanks! I can help with that. What size is your dog?
Medium.
Great — a Full Groom normally takes 90 minutes. I have Tuesday 10:00 or Wednesday 13:00 available. Which works best?
Wednesday please.
You're booked for Wednesday at 13:00. I'll send you a reminder the day before.
